The ‘Sharing Love PC’ event was promoted to help bridge the information gap for underprivileged neighbors in the region by refurbishing PCs that have exceeded their usage period but are still functional and providing them.
The donated PCs with Ulsan Youth Education and Culture Community Together are planned to be used for non-face-to-face learning for after-school academies for youth in Buk-gu, Ulsan. Additionally, PCs delivered to the Ulsan Social Economy Community, Ulsan Jung-gu Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center, and Ulsan Disabled Welfare Center will be provided to actual users.
At the agreement ceremony, Woo Jin-ha, Head of Management Support Division at Korea National Oil Corporation, said, “We hope this sharing will be a great help to underprivileged youth and information-disadvantaged neighbors in the community, where non-face-to-face learning has increased due to COVID-19,” and added, “The corporation will continue various sharing activities for regional coexistence.”
