[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) and Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (LX) have joined hands to cooperate on audit tasks.
KAMCO announced on the 23rd that it signed a "Business Agreement to Strengthen Audit Expertise, Integrity, and Internal Control Functions" with LX at the LX headquarters in Jeonju, Jeonbuk.
Accordingly, both organizations plan to promote ▲expansion of cooperation channels related to audits ▲joint formation of audit personnel candidates to enhance integrity ▲audit collaboration to strengthen internal control functions.
In particular, KAMCO expects to advance its IT-based continuous monitoring system by sharing audit checklists by risk areas with LX, enabling proactive inspection and prevention of potential risks during task execution.
