LH Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters, Recruitment of Prospective Tenants for Purchased Rental Housing
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Korea Land and Housing Corporation Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters announced on the 22nd that it is recruiting preliminary tenants for purchased rental housing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do (Mokpo, Suncheon, Gwangyang, Naju) areas.
The purchased rental housing project involves purchasing multi-family and other houses to stabilize housing for vulnerable groups, renovating them, and renting them out at an affordable rate of 30-40% of the market price.
The recruitment of preliminary tenants is conducted by LH in preparation for vacancies caused by new house purchases or contract cancellations. If selected as a preliminary tenant, contracts will be made in order of the preliminary queue when housing becomes available.
The total number of units to be recruited in this announcement is 2,069.
Applicants must be members of a non-homeowner household registered and actually residing in the relevant city, county, or district (autonomous district) as of the 23rd, and meet qualification requirements such as ▲ recipients of livelihood or medical benefits ▲ single-parent families under protection ▲ persons with disabilities.
