According to the police on the 19th, the Guro Police Station in Seoul received a citizen's report at 10:24 p.m. the previous day stating, "A man is trying to commit suicide by setting fire to his pants," and dispatched officers. The man was restrained by nearby citizens and handed over to the police.
The man reportedly caused a suicide disturbance by setting fire to the pants he was holding inside a Line 1 train passing near Gaebong Station in Guro-gu, Seoul.
