Yeongyang-gun Agricultural Machinery Rental Service Center Begins Weekend Emergency Duty
"Agricultural Machinery Rental Available on Saturdays During Peak Farming Season"
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, is entering weekend emergency duty starting from the 19th to allow the rental of agricultural machinery on Saturdays during the peak farming season.
The Agricultural Technology Center's Agricultural Machinery Rental Office decided to rent out agricultural machinery on weekdays and Saturdays from the 19th until June to meet the increasing demand for rental machinery and to alleviate the shortage of farm labor caused by COVID-19.
The agricultural machinery rental will operate with work shifts so that rental applications and reservation check-ins and check-outs can be processed every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., just like on weekdays.
