Jeju Air Recruiting High School Students for Flight Attendant Career Experience Program
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Jeju Air announced on the 17th that it is recruiting trainees to participate in a career experience education donation program for high school students aspiring to become flight attendants.
As part of the education donation project conducted by the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity since last month, trainees will be selected to participate on the 11th and 18th of next month, with 10 participants each. The program is operated every two months, and two non-face-to-face sessions were held in late last month. The program includes a three-hour session covering flight attendant job training and safety education, including practical CPR skills useful in daily life and a Q&A with active flight attendants. Participants receive a certificate upon completion.

Applicants can apply by filling out the application form found under ‘Aviation Flight Attendant Career Experience Education’ on the Education Donation Portal site. Jeju Air plans to establish industry-academic cooperation with major universities’ aviation-related departments and will provide education on safety management systems starting next month to raise aviation safety awareness.
