Oasis Market has developed Red Snow Crab Meat Kkami, an MSC-certified product. Red Snow Crab Meat Kkami is a food product made from domestic red snow crab meat and Alaskan pollock meat, with 28% reduced sodium content and increased surimi content, making it a fat-free, high-protein product. Additionally, to raise awareness of value-based seafood consumption, a campaign promoting sustainable seafood will be simultaneously conducted at over 50 directly operated stores and online malls.
