February Seoul Private Apartment Sale Price per 3.3㎡ at 32.39 Million KRW... 14.9%↑ YoY
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Last month, the average sale price per 3.3㎡ of private apartments in Seoul exceeded 32.39 million KRW.
According to the 'Private Apartment Sale Price Trends' report by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) on the 15th, as of the end of last month, the sale price per 3.3㎡ of apartments in Seoul was 32,396,100 KRW, marking a 14.95% increase compared to the same period last year. This is a 2.45% rise from the previous month (31,626,000 KRW).
The nationwide apartment sale price per 3.3㎡ was 14,308,800 KRW, up 0.98% from the previous month and 8.78% compared to the same period last year. The metropolitan area recorded 21,113,400 KRW per 3.3㎡, an increase of 2.24% from the previous month and 8.65% from the same period last year.
The five major metropolitan cities and Sejong City, as well as other provinces, recorded prices of 14,652,000 KRW and 11,505,000 KRW respectively, rising 0.76% and 0.35% from the previous month.

Last month, the total number of newly supplied private apartments nationwide was 12,888 units, a 14% decrease compared to the same month last year (14,982 units). The metropolitan area had 7,751 units, the five major metropolitan cities and Sejong City had 2,424 units, and other provinces had 2,713 units newly supplied.
