Uridamunhwa Scholarship Foundation Provides 30 Million KRW Support for Outstanding Multicultural Programs
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Woori Financial Group's Woori Multicultural Scholarship Foundation announced on the 15th that it will carry out the '2022 Multicultural Institutions and Organizations Excellent Program Support Project.'
This project has been supported by the foundation since 2013 to discover and revitalize customized programs for multicultural families. This year, programs are being solicited on the themes of family relationship enhancement, self-reliance capacity building, sustainable education, and awareness improvement activities.
Applications are open to welfare institutions conducting multicultural family support projects, including family centers nationwide, where more than 50% of program participants are composed of multicultural families. Applications and project plans can be submitted on the foundation's website by the 31st of this month.

The foundation will review the project plans and provide up to 3 million KRW in project funds to a total of 10 institutions. Selected institutions will sign a project execution agreement with the foundation next month and carry out the project starting in May.
