[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gwi-yeol] Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, is providing support for the purchase of school uniforms for new and transferring students in middle and high schools.
The support targets new and transferring students who have their resident registration in Yeongyang-gun and are enrolling in schools located in Yeongyang-gun. It also applies to students who graduated from elementary or middle schools within the district and are entering middle or high schools outside the district that require uniforms. The uniform cost support is up to 300,000 KRW per person.
The application period is from March 7 to November 25, with an intensive application period until April 11. Applications must be submitted to the relevant schools in Yeongyang-gun, and for schools in other regions, applications should be submitted to the General Affairs Team of the Autonomous Administration Division at Yeongyang-gun Office.
