Gyeongbuk Office of Education to Support On-site, Field-oriented Personnel Tasks for Kindergarten and Elementary Schools
Distribution of the Elementary Greeting Form Guide 'NAIS Work Manual'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] The Gyeongbuk Office of Education has developed and distributed the ‘Elementary Personnel Form Guide’ to support personnel work for kindergarten and elementary school teachers and to reduce excessive workload with the start of the new school year.
The Elementary Personnel Form Guide includes personnel-related forms in five areas necessary for schools, based on currently enforced laws, regulations, and guidelines.
The newly distributed guide has been uploaded to the Kindergarten and Elementary Education Department’s resource room on the provincial Office of Education website and will be continuously updated with revisions and supplements whenever related laws or regulations are amended.
In February, the Gyeongbuk Office of Education also published and distributed the ‘NAIS Personnel Manual for Elementary School Teachers,’ and by the end of March, it plans to develop and distribute the ‘Personnel Work Manual for Elementary Education Professionals.’ This reflects their intention to support field-oriented personnel work.
