Suwon City Delivers Emergency Relief Supplies Worth 5 Million Won to Uljin County
[Asia Economy (Uljin) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Suwon City in Gyeonggi Province has provided emergency relief supplies worth approximately 5 million won, including snacks and heat packs, to Uljin County in Gyeongsangbuk-do, which suffered from wildfires.
On the afternoon of the 7th, Suwon City visited the Bongpyeong Silla Stele Exhibition Hall, where the temporary disaster response headquarters of Uljin County was established, and delivered relief supplies worth about 5 million won, including heat packs, cup noodles, boiled eggs, and snacks, as requested by Uljin County, to be given to the wildfire victims.
Cho Cheong-sik, Acting Mayor of Suwon, stated, "We hope this will be of some help to the residents affected by the wildfire," and emphasized, "We will continue to actively support the wildfire-affected areas."
