HiteJinro Provides 1 Million KRW Each to 70 Children of Food Service Workers
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Hite Jinro Holdings announced on the 7th that it will continue its scholarship program for children of food service workers this year as well.
This year, about 70 students enrolled in universities located in Seoul and the metropolitan area were selected as scholarship recipients and were each awarded 1 million KRW.
Hite Jinro Holdings has supported tuition and other expenses for college students who are children of small-scale food service workers for the past eight years. Based on criteria such as academic performance and family circumstances, approximately 860 students have received a total of 1.25 billion KRW to date.
