Hanshin Engineering & Construction to Launch Sales of 'Yangsan Hanshin The Hue' This Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Hanshin Engineering & Construction announced on the 7th that it will launch sales this month for ‘Yangsan Hanshin The Hue,’ located at 589-3, Pyeongsan-dong, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do.
The complex consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 30 above-ground floors, with a total of 405 units of exclusive areas 70㎡ and 84㎡. By exclusive area, there are ▲64 units of 70㎡ ▲225 units of 84㎡A ▲116 units of 84㎡B.
The Pyeongsan-dong area in Yangsan-si, where the complex is supplied, is an old downtown area densely packed with various infrastructures. Recently, with the opening (planned) of National Route 7 and the Ulsan-Yangsan-Busan metropolitan railway, along with the full-scale promotion of the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam (Bu-Ul-Gyeong) Megacity development plan, this area is gaining attention as an emerging residential district.
The Pyeongsan-dong area in Yangsan-si, where the complex is being developed, offers excellent residential conditions with large discount marts such as E-Mart Traders Yangsan Branch and Lotte Mart Ungsang Branch, as well as Pyeongsan Central Commercial District, Ungsang Sports Park, Ungsang Central Hospital, and the planned Ungsang Administrative Town. In particular, using the ‘National Route 7’ opened last year, residents can quickly access Yangsan Mulgeum New Town and Busan Jeonggwan New Town, allowing them to enjoy various residential infrastructures of nearby new towns as well.
The educational environment is also favorable. Around the complex, there are elementary, middle, and high schools including Sinmyeong Elementary, Cheonseong Elementary, Pyeongsan Elementary, Ungsang Girls’ Middle School, and Ungsang High School. The Ungsang Cultural and Sports Center, equipped with a swimming pool and indoor gymnasium, and Ungsang Library are also nearby. When Ungsang Central Park, which includes a water play plaza, sports facilities, an outdoor performance hall, and a nature experience center, is completed in 2023, the educational infrastructure is expected to improve further.
Yangsan-si, where the complex is supplied, is a non-regulated area, so regardless of household head status or number of owned houses, residents of the area and adjacent Busan and Ulsan can apply for first-priority subscription. Also, anyone aged 19 or older can apply if they have held a subscription savings account for more than 6 months and meet the deposit requirements by region and housing type. There are no restrictions on re-winning or obligations to submit a financial plan, and resale of the pre-sale rights is possible immediately after the winner selection date.
