Since the COVID-19 pandemic, online export has become the prevailing trend, and many companies are attempting to join platforms; however, it is very rare for companies to succeed in exporting alone without marketing know-how. KOTRA decided to collaborate with Alibaba.com to assist Korean companies interested in online export but struggling due to a lack of marketing expertise.
Specifically, the plan includes ▲selecting export-oriented small businesses and onboarding them ▲creating detailed product pages and building stores ▲providing export consulting by export experts with extensive trade experience ▲and supporting the entire A to Z of small business online export, including global seller development programs, all in partnership with Alibaba.com.
On the same day, KOTRA held a separate webinar to share know-how on entering overseas markets using online platforms. Starting from the 10th, one-on-one consulting on Alibaba.com onboarding procedures and marketing know-how will also be promoted.
