Gwangju Chamber of Commerce Holds Practical Training on Personnel and Labor Management
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold a training session on "Practical Human Resources and Labor Management from Hiring to Retirement" in the main conference room on the 11th.
This training is being held to enhance the ability of local small and medium-sized enterprise practitioners to handle HR and labor management tasks through lectures focusing on practical content related to the amendments to labor-related laws applied from the first half of this year.
The training course will cover approximately 7 hours focusing on key theories and practical cases of HR and labor management tasks, including ▲ wages and working hours (full application of the 52-hour workweek system, mandatory issuance of wage statements, etc.) ▲ leave and holidays (annual paid leave, maternity protection leave, etc.) ▲ amendments to workplace harassment regulations ▲ Serious Accidents Punishment Act ▲ practical work on drafting employment contracts and work rules.
The instructor will be labor consultant Kim Min-hee, who is active as a labor consultation committee member at the Seoul Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Participants will be provided with training materials, certificates of completion, and free parking on the day of the training.
