[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] A man in his 40s who illegally filmed women wearing skirts near Gangnam Station in Seoul has been arrested by the police.
According to the police on the 1st, the Seocho Police Station in Seoul apprehended a man in his 40s, Mr. A, who illegally filmed a passing woman's body in an alley near Gangnam Station around 9:20 p.m. on the 25th of last month.
Mr. A is suspected of repeatedly illegally filming women passing by on the street.
The police, who responded to reports from the surroundings, have booked Mr. A on charges of illegal filming and are currently investigating. It was reported that 2,390 illegally filmed photos taken from December last year to recently were found on Mr. A's mobile phone during the investigation.
