It The Company Launches Vegan-Certified Own Brand Product 'Green It Granola'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Startup IttheCompany, which operates Mamma Recipe, has expanded its own brand 'MammaMade' product line by launching 'Greenit Granola' based on whole grains and whole nuts.
MammaMade is an in-house brand focused on raw materials and nutritional content to provide healthy food options. It offers healthy snacks and meal replacement products that can be enjoyed daily without burden.
Unlike conventional granola with a crumbly texture, Greenit Granola uses 100% whole grains and whole nuts to create a moderately clustered form. By using unrefined whole grains and whole nuts, it minimizes rancidity and boasts a crispy texture. It received vegan certification from the UK Vegan Society for using 100% plant-based ingredients and preventing cross-contamination between animal and plant-based ingredients.
Including premium oatmeal and almonds, as well as Jeju-grown oats, buckwheat, and sunflower seeds, it increases protein and dietary fiber content. It does not contain the six major allergenic ingredients, making it safe to consume.
