Korbit Launches 'Sma2u' Service for Automatic Cryptocurrency Purchases
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Korea-based cryptocurrency exchange Korbit announced on the 28th the launch of its Smartu service, which automatically purchases cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The Smartu service consists of installment purchases and bundled purchases, both of which only allow market orders.
Installment purchases enable investors to repeatedly and automatically buy cryptocurrencies according to a pre-scheduled cycle (daily, weekly, monthly), investment amount, cryptocurrency type, and duration. Currently, this service supports only Bitcoin and Ethereum investments, with purchase amounts set between a minimum of 10,000 KRW and a maximum of 1,000,000 KRW per cycle.
Bundled purchases allow investors to buy multiple types of cryptocurrencies at once according to a pre-configured portfolio, with the distinctive feature that investors can freely set the purchase ratio for each cryptocurrency.
