Jangseong-gun Recruiting Companies for 'Youth Employment Incentive Support Project' Participation
[Jangseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jo Hangyu] Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do is recruiting participating companies for the ‘2022 Jeollanam-do Youth Long-term Employment Incentive Support Project.’
According to the county on the 22nd, this project provides incentives to both companies and youth to encourage long-term employment of young people working in small and medium-sized enterprises.
If selected for the project, the following incentives will be provided: ▲1st year: Youth 3 million KRW, Company 2 million KRW ▲2nd year: Youth 3 million KRW, Company 1.5 million KRW ▲3rd year: Youth 4 million KRW, Company 1.5 million KRW ▲4th year: Youth 5 million KRW.
This year, the largest budget since the project’s inception, totaling 160 million KRW, has been secured to support 31 young people.
Eligible companies are small and medium-sized enterprises (with 5 to fewer than 300 employees) currently employing youth aged 18 to 39 who have their address in Jeollanam-do as of the announcement date.
Applications must be submitted by the 25th by visiting the county office’s Economic and Transportation Department with the application form and related documents or by mail.
A county official said, “We worked hard to secure the budget to help local companies and youth,” and added, “Since we have secured the largest budget ever, we hope many companies that meet the application criteria will participate.”
