On the 22nd, Gwangju Bukbu Police Station announced that they had booked Mr. A, a man in his 40s, without detention on charges including special intimidation.
Mr. A is accused of threatening three late-teen victims with a weapon and grabbing their collars in front of a convenience store in Buk-gu, Gwangju, at around 11:10 PM the previous day.
