The 2022 new products and services, which embody designs, materials, and values that surpass existing Bespoke products, are all connected through the AI solution SmartThings Home Life. Samsung Electronics plans to expand the launch of Bespoke Home to 51 countries this year.
Launch of the Premium Experience Completion ‘Infinite’ Line
On the 17th, Samsung Electronics revealed 24 new products including the Infinite line and services focused on strengthening customer connection and experience. The vision is to take existing Bespoke home appliances to the next level, expanding and enriching consumer experiences.
The Infinite line consists of a 1-door refrigerator specialized in refrigeration, freezing, kimchi, and wine functions; a large-capacity 4-door refrigerator; oven; induction cooktop; smart hood; and dishwasher. Among these, the wine refrigerator and smart hood are products introduced for the first time in Korea.
The wine refrigerator can store up to 101 bottles and features two compartments with temperature settings ranging from 4 to 18°C. It also offers five modes tailored to the characteristics of foods that pair well with wine. The door opens automatically and can be operated via touch or voice commands through SmartThings.
The smart hood is equipped with a ‘Triple Air Sensor’ that monitors air quality not only during cooking but also 24 hours a day, operating at optimal airflow. The digital inverter motor ensures powerful and rapid removal of odors and harmful gases even when cooking dishes that produce a lot of oil vapor, such as mackerel or pork belly, thereby reducing indoor air pollution.
Yang Hye-soon, CX Team Leader of the Home Appliance Business Division, stated, "The smart hood is the centerpiece of the kitchen and is essential to provide customers with a complete experience in the kitchen." She added, "The smart hood is expected to show growth rates similar to those of the premium kitchen market in the future."
In addition to the Infinite line, Samsung Electronics introduced new living appliances including the ‘Bespoke Wind-Free Air Conditioner Gallery’ with R32 low-carbon eco-friendly refrigerant and enhanced eco-friendly features; the ‘Bespoke Grande AI’ washer and dryer with pet care functions and automatic door opening after washing and drying to easily remove internal moisture; the ultra-lightweight cordless vacuum cleaner ‘Bespoke Jet’ with powerful 220W suction; and the robot vacuum cleaner ‘Bespoke Jet Bot AI’ with enhanced pet care functions.
Samsung Electronics plans to continue expanding its product lineup through the end of this year. It will also introduce new colors reflecting this year’s design trends to general Bespoke appliances including living appliances, operating a total of 19 panel colors for refrigerators.
The Core of Future Appliances: ‘Connectivity’ and ‘Sustainability’
Samsung Electronics has integrated six major services?cooking, air care, pet care, clothing care, energy, and home care?through the SmartThings Home Life service. By building a device connectivity platform that can be easily operated via touch or voice commands, Samsung aims to retain customers once they enter the Samsung ecosystem.
Lee Jae-seung, President of Samsung Electronics’ Home Appliance Business Division, said, "Focusing on expanding customer experience, we conducted data-based analysis accumulated over time, resulting in connected and automated services centered on six categories that consumers need."
The cooking service recommends recipes based on stored ingredients and allows inventory management of wines stored in the wine refrigerator by photographing wine bottle labels.

Air care analyzes indoor and outdoor air quality to automatically control air purifiers, and clothing care offers optimal garment management through connectivity among washers, dryers, and Air Dressers. Pet care functions include detecting a dog’s barking and playing music accordingly.
Samsung Electronics also offers services for ‘sustainable appliances,’ such as Bespoke appliance panel replacement and a lifetime warranty system. Wi-Fi-enabled models support continuous software upgrades.
Marking the fourth year since the launch of Bespoke, Samsung Electronics plans to expand sales to 51 countries this year and significantly increase global sales across all products beyond refrigerators.
