According to the county on the 17th, a cooking class called ‘Healthy Meal Preparation’ using local agricultural and specialty products will be held to improve nutritional imbalance among middle-aged and older men.
The education consists of various cooking practice programs using seasonal agricultural products such as spring cabbage salad and radish kimchi, conducted with a professional instructor.
Any middle-aged and older men (in their 40s to 60s) residing in Hampyeong-gun can participate, and the education will be held four times over two weeks starting from the 8th of next month.
