I'mweb Hires Lee Dong-hwi, Web Service Expert Formerly at Google, as CTO
Launching Full-Scale Efforts to Strengthen Development Team Competitiveness
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] I'mweb (CEO Lee Su-mo), a shopping mall solution for small business owners, announced on the 16th that it has newly recruited Lee Dong-hwi, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who previously worked at Google and FortyTwoDot.
CTO Lee is a web service expert who worked for about 15 years at Google as a tech lead and engineering manager. He also led the development of autonomous driving platforms as a technical fellow at the autonomous driving technology startup FortyTwoDot.
I'mweb has begun strengthening its development organization competitiveness centered on CTO Lee. It plans to enhance capabilities not only for domestic services but also for global services such as Taiwan and North America. To this end, it is expanding its development workforce comprehensively.
