View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Lotte Foods announced on the 14th that it will officially enter the meal kit market in collaboration with Professor Han Young-sil's Customized Food Research Lab at Sookmyung Women's University and the Lotte Central Research Institute.
Lotte Foods first introduced seven types of frozen meal kits under the brand "Chefood (Shefood) Meeting the Seasons." These include Napa Cabbage Dumpling Hot Pot, Whole Pork Cutlet Kimchi Udon, Crab Meat Rose Pasta, and Pollack Roe Soup.
The cooking development is led by Professor Han Young-sil's Customized Food Research Lab at Sookmyung Women's University, and they plan to continuously introduce menus using seasonal food ingredients.

Lotte Foods stated, "This time, we composed meal kits using representative winter ingredients such as napa cabbage, pollack, yuzu, and red snow crab to enjoy healthily and deliciously," adding, "We will present meal kits that embody the value of the taste and charm of the four seasons."
