'Pyeongtaek Jije Station Prugio Eliats' Opens Model House and Begins Sales
Daewoo Construction announced on the 11th that it will open a model house for 'Jije Station Prugio Eliats,' located in Block 1 of the Dongsak Segyo District urban development area at 181-4 Dongsak-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, and begin sales.
The complex consists of 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 812 households: ▲84㎡A 527 units ▲84㎡B 225 units ▲84㎡C 60 units. The average sale price is approximately 15.89 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
It offers convenient access to Pyeongtaek Jije Station, a complex transfer station served by triple lines including SRT, KTX (planned), and Line 1. The subscription schedule starts with special supply on Monday, February 21, followed by first priority local applicants on Tuesday, February 22, first priority other area applicants on Wednesday, February 23, and second priority applications on Thursday, February 24. Winners will be announced on Thursday, March 3, and the designated contract period is five days from Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 18.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the model house will operate by reservation only through the website and the KakaoTalk 'Prugio' channel, and only customers who have made a reservation (up to 2 people including one companion) will be allowed entry. Move-in is scheduled for August 2024.
