Hana Bank Signs MOU with Digital Healthcare Startup SenacleSoft
Promotion of Electronic Medical Records and Personal Health Records Activation
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hana Bank has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with the digital healthcare startup 'SenacleSoft.' Through this, various collaborations will be promoted to activate electronic medical records (EMR) and personal health records (PHR).
Hana Bank announced on the 10th that it had signed such an MOU with SenacleSoft. Accordingly, the two companies plan to promote ▲ continuous joint marketing for newly opened clinics ▲ joint efforts to activate EMR and PHR services ▲ strategic collaboration to expand the digital healthcare market.
SenacleSoft is a company that provides cloud-based EMR services targeting primary care clinics. Through its self-developed 'OremChart,' it offers a hospital information system that includes reception, treatment, examination, payment, document issuance, as well as pre-authorization engines and treatment waiting screens necessary for hospital operations. Previously, Hana Bank invested approximately 2 billion KRW in SenacleSoft in December last year.
A representative from Hana Bank's Data & Partnership Investment Headquarters stated, "SenacleSoft is a company composed of personnel who developed platform services at Naver and SK Telecom, and SenacleSoft's cloud EMR is evaluated to surpass the convenience and functionality of existing EMRs," adding, "In the future, as an important strategic partner in the healthcare MyData (personal credit information management business) project, we plan to cooperate to provide individuals with efficient health management services."
