Gwangyang Economic Free Zone Authority Holds Briefing Session on Support Policies for Companies in Gwangyang Bay Area
Held Online to Prevent COVID-19 Spread, Available for Viewing on YouTube
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seon-sik] The Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone Authority (Director Song Sang-rak, hereinafter referred to as Gwangyang Economic Authority) announced that it will hold the '2022 Joint Briefing on Support Policies for Resident Companies' on February 10 at the Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority for companies located in the Gwangyang Bay Area.
This briefing will be conducted online in a non-face-to-face manner to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and can be viewed from February 24 on the Gwangyang Economic Authority website and its official YouTube channel.
The briefing will involve 20 organizations including the Gwangyang Economic Authority, Jeonnam Technopark, Yeosu Branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and Jeonnam Eastern Office of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, providing resident companies with various information such as ▲policy fund systems ▲employment and workforce support ▲product sales channels and export support ▲technology development (R&D) ▲intellectual property ▲startup and venture support.
Additionally, a booklet detailing the support policies of each organization will be published and mailed to all companies located in the Gwangyang Bay Area.
A representative of the Gwangyang Economic Authority stated, "Through this briefing, we plan to share and communicate the directions of changed corporate support policies for this year with companies," adding, "We will continue to discover and share good policies to create a favorable environment for companies."
