On the occasion of the '58th Trade Day', three executives and employees of BN Group affiliates, including Shin Dong-cheol of BNSteela, received the Presidential Citation and the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Citation.
Shin Dong-cheol of BNSteela, who received the Presidential Citation, has worked in the production team for over 22 years.
Shin was awarded for his contribution to improving the company's productivity by managing the product defect rate and conducting on-site worker job improvement training.
Lee Jong-hoon, Manager of BIP, and Han Soo-gon, Team Leader, received the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Citation.
Manager Lee Jong-hoon was awarded for contributing to the development of the shipbuilding equipment sector by accumulating technical know-how and sales skills through 16 years of sales work in shipbuilding equipment.
Team Leader Han Soo-gon received the award for his contribution to productivity improvement by leading production operation rates, product quality enhancement, and new product development as a production team leader.
BN Group is a mid-sized company composed of 13 affiliates including shipbuilding equipment, color steel plates, alcoholic beverages, eco-friendly paint, damping materials, and venture investment.
