HDC Hyundai Development Company Wins Reconstruction Contract for Sillim-dong Miseong Apartment... 1.5 Trillion KRW in Urban Maintenance Projects This Year

HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 27th that it achieved orders worth 1.5 trillion KRW in the urban maintenance sector in 2021 by winning the contract for the Miseong Apartment Reconstruction and Maintenance Project in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul.
According to the maintenance industry, HDC Hyundai Development Company was selected as the construction company with 98% support, receiving 260 out of 264 votes from the union members at the general meeting held on the 25th for the selection of the constructor for the Miseong Apartment Reconstruction and Maintenance Project.
The Miseong Apartment Reconstruction and Maintenance Project in Sillim-dong is a 124.3 billion KRW project to rebuild two apartment buildings with 280 households located at 1656 Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and the nearby aging residential area into five apartment buildings with 502 households ranging from three basement floors to 30 above-ground floors, along with neighborhood living facilities. The project is planned to commence construction by the end of 2023.
A representative of HDC Hyundai Development Company said, "Despite being a compact complex, we proposed a stream design and sky community that could become a landmark in Sillim-dong," adding, "We were able to gain the trust of the union members through I-Park's unique smart technologies such as the vehicle parking guidance system, I-Park IoT system, and smart ambient lighting."

HDC Hyundai Development Company achieved a total order volume of 1.5 trillion KRW in the urban maintenance sector this year. Following the contracts for Mia 4 District and Sanggye 1 District in Seoul in October, it secured the Miseong Apartment in Sillim-dong, and also recorded orders in the Beomeo Magnolia Reconstruction in Daegu Metropolitan City, Bugok 2 District Reconstruction and Maintenance Project in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and Galsan 1 District Redevelopment in Incheon Metropolitan City.
