Gwangju Shinsegae to Host 'Specialty Products Fair' to Expand Local Product Distribution Channels

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Gwangju Shinsegae Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Dong-hoon) announced on the 27th that it will hold a regional specialty product exhibition for non-listed local products on the 1st floor event hall until the 13th of next month to expand sales channels for local products.
The specialty product event features a total of 13 local companies offering the best quality products grown or made in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions.
There are about 100 items including Yeosu specialty Cheonsa Dolsan Gat Kimchi, Boseong green tea, Yeonggwang dried yellow corvina, Wando dried seafood, Suncheon traditional sauces, Gokseong apples and strawberries, Gurye seaweed crackers and shiitake mushrooms, Jangseong dried persimmons and honey, etc.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, strict hygiene management will be implemented during the event period, including requiring participating company workers to wear masks, sanitary gloves, and sanitary caps, and use hand sanitizers.
They also plan to thoroughly prevent large crowds from gathering at once.
