COVID-19 Virus Best Solution: Additional Vaccination
On the 24th, vaccine administration for employees at the district office's comprehensive situation room... 'Gwangjin-gu Public Officials Special Quarantine Week' extended until December 31
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Seon-gap) conducted on-site vaccination for all employees under the judgment that the best solution to the COVID-19 virus is additional vaccination.
On the 24th, the district held vaccinations for employees who wished to participate at the district office's comprehensive situation room.
This on-site vaccination is being promoted to protect employees at the forefront of quarantine efforts and to prevent any gaps in public service due to the continuous occurrence of breakthrough infections.
Prior to this, as part of the 'Gwangjin-gu Public Officials Special Quarantine Week,' COVID-19 PCR tests were conducted for all employees over two days, from the 16th to the 17th.
As the number of confirmed cases continues to rise, the district decided to extend the 'Gwangjin-gu Public Officials Special Quarantine Week' by 10 days, operating it until December 31.
Accordingly, lunch should preferably be a packed meal, with employees separated during meals, and the number of people eating together minimized to two or fewer.
Additionally, employees are to return home immediately after work, and gatherings such as dinners and private meetings are prohibited. Work consultations should be conducted remotely whenever possible, and visits to other departments are banned except in unavoidable cases.
