The NongHyup Financial Nomination Committee stated that when appointing outside directors this time, they selected an expert in the global and economic fields to align with NongHyup Financial's management objectives and to balance the expertise of the board of directors.
Candidate Song is recognized as an expert in the global and economic fields, having performed various tasks related to international finance and economics at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, and having served as a director at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), accumulating extensive on-site financial experience. NongHyup Financial Group explained that he is expected to contribute to strengthening NongHyup Financial's global business capabilities.
