[Jeju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Jeongpil] The Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Fire Safety Headquarters (Chief Park Geun-oh) announced on the 23rd that various events will be held at the Jeju Safety Experience Center from the 24th to the 26th in celebration of Christmas.
At the Jeju Safety Experience Center, the facility environment was arranged to create a friendly atmosphere for visitors by recently installing a Christmas tree and sculptures.
This event will feature special events for visitors to the Safety Experience Center during the weekend from the 24th to the 26th.
Visitors can instantly print commemorative photos taken with firefighters dressed as 119 Santas, and there are wish cards available to write wishes and decorate a large Christmas tree.
Activities such as making Christmas stockings, screening videos on a large LED screen, and playing carol music will create a festive atmosphere, while outside the building, photo zones including an alleyway fire truck and fire murals have been set up.
Participation in the safety experience programs requires prior reservation on the Safety Experience Center website, but anyone visiting the center can participate in the Christmas event.
A representative of the Jeju Safety Experience Center said, “We have prepared various attractions and events for this Christmas, and we ask for the residents’ great interest and support,” adding, “We hope everyone has a joyful and safe Christmas.”
