Dongbanwi and Lotte Data Communication Collaborate to Address Innovation-Driven Wage Gap
A Total of 20.2 Billion KRW Supported to Strengthen Partner Companies' Technological Competitiveness and Resolve Wage Gaps
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Win-Win Growth Committee (Chairman Kwon Ki-hong) announced on the 21st that it has signed an 'Innovation-Driven Wage Gap Resolution Agreement' with Lotte Information & Communication (CEO Noh Jun-hyung).
Lotte Information & Communication plans to operate an innovation-driven win-win cooperation program worth a total of 20.2 billion KRW over the next three years to resolve wage gaps by supporting the technological competitiveness of partner small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Through this agreement, partner SMEs will receive support such as welfare benefits, wage compensation reflecting delivery prices, free job training for partner company employees, startup company fostering, and operation of a win-win growth fund.
Through this agreement, Lotte Information & Communication will operate an innovation-driven wage gap resolution win-win cooperation program including △ adherence to the three principles of proper payment △ innovation-driven win-win growth support △ enhancement of wage payment capacity △ incentive support.
The Win-Win Growth Committee will actively cooperate in providing opportunities for technology and purchasing consultations to ensure the resolution of wage gaps between large and small-medium enterprises and the practice of win-win growth activities between Lotte Information & Communication and its partner SMEs, while also supporting the derivation and promotion of best practices.
