Munjang Construction Donates 100 Million KRW to Join 'Hope 2022 Sharing Campaign'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Munjang Construction Co., Ltd. participated in the ‘Hope 2022 Sharing Campaign’ by donating 100 million KRW to the Gwangju Community Chest of Korea.
The donation will be supported to the Parkinson Happiness Shelter, a non-profit organization, and will be used for projects benefiting Parkinson’s disease patients.
The donation ceremony was held on the 16th at the Parkinson Happiness Shelter, attended by Munjang Construction CEO Jang Chiseong, Parkinson Happiness Shelter Chairperson Jeong Bogyeong, and Gwangju Community Chest of Korea Chairman Han Sangwon.
CEO Jang Chiseong stated, “I hope the culture of sharing becomes active in Gwangju and provides strength to our neighbors in need during the cold winter. I also hope this donation will help patients suffering from Parkinson’s disease.”
Meanwhile, the Hope 2022 Sharing Campaign, launched by the Community Chest of Korea on the 1st of this month, allows participation through ▲donations via KBS, MBC, and KBC broadcasting stations ▲donations through the social welfare departments of Gwangju Metropolitan City Hall and five district offices ▲donations via community service centers and local community security councils ▲membership in the Honor Society (a high-value individual donor club) ▲joining Good Stores and Good Workplace for regular donations by employees ▲ARS phone donations ▲QR code and easy payment ▲designated donations and in-kind donations.
Additionally, sharing can be participated in through online fundraising on the Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae website, and donation consultations can be made by contacting the fundraising business team at the Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae Secretariat.
