Shinhan Bank Conducts 'Warm Journey Donation' with Customers
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Shinhan Bank announced on the 13th that it has launched the 'Warm Companion Donation,' a donation campaign with customers to help socially marginalized groups such as families with disabilities and multicultural families.
The Warm Companion Donation started from the idea of Jin Ok-dong, the bank president who personally practices regular donations for marginalized groups, saying, "Let’s deliver warm hearts together with customers who want to share donations with many marginalized people going through a difficult winter and Shinhan Bank."
This donation campaign will be conducted twice in total, from the 13th to the 26th and from January 3rd to 16th next year, through a matching grant method where customers donate to the stories of socially marginalized groups on Shinhan Bank’s social contribution website 'Beautiful Bank,' and Shinhan Bank donates the same amount together.
