According to the legal community on the 7th, the Seoul Administrative Court dismissed Sarang Jeil Church's lawsuit against the Jangwi 10 District Housing Redevelopment Maintenance Project Association, which sought confirmation of the invalidity of the management disposition plan.
The redevelopment of Jangwi 10 District in Seongbuk-gu has been delayed for nearly 10 years due to compensation issues with Sarang Jeil Church. It is known that Sarang Jeil Church is demanding 56 billion KRW as compensation for relocation measures, including church reconstruction costs and relocation expenses.
