KB Kookmin Bank Selected as No.1 in National Customer Satisfaction for Commercial Banks Sector
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sunmi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 7th that it was selected as the No. 1 commercial bank in the commercial bank sector for the 15th time, the first among commercial banks, in the 2021 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey conducted and announced by the Korea Productivity Center.
The National Customer Satisfaction Index survey is a customer satisfaction measurement indicator jointly developed by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan in the United States, using the same measurement method as the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).
