"Lotte Hotel Seoul Offers Special Year-End Gourmet Experience Promotion"

The French restaurant Pierre Gagnaire Seoul has prepared a special menu to enhance the romantic atmosphere at the end of the year. Guests can enjoy a 4-course authentic French meal featuring Bordelaise-style escargot with French sauce, sommangyi quenelle?a red fish dish representing Korea’s coastal waters?and veal ribs. This is offered exclusively as a lunch course.
The Chinese restaurant Dorim presents natural pine mushroom guantangjiao and golden threadfin sea cucumber. In the dinner course, you can taste Dorim’s signature health-boosting dish, buldojang. At the Japanese restaurant Momoyama, a year-end special course will be available starting from the 15th. Seasonal ingredients such as pufferfish lobster, Bakdal snow crab, and wild mussels (seop) are served.
The Korean restaurant Mugunghwa, boasting over 40 years of tradition, offers dishes such as cold marinated sweet shrimp, grilled abalone and duck meatballs, Korean beef tenderloin grilled with lotus leaf rice, and octopus jang, accompanied by a glass of wine that pairs well with Korean cuisine.
