Shilla Duty Free, Awarded Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) Certification for the Second Consecutive Time
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Shilla Duty Free announced on the 3rd that it has obtained the 'Consumer-Centered Management (CCM)' certification.
The 'Consumer-Centered Management' certification is a government certification system supervised by the Fair Trade Commission and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency. It evaluates every two years whether a company organizes all its management activities from the consumer's perspective, focusing on consumers, and continuously improves them to grant certification.
Shilla Duty Free stated that it was recognized for its continuous efforts to satisfy consumers even amid the COVID-19 situation, obtaining the certification for the second consecutive time this year following the first certification in 2019.
Shilla Duty Free said it offers a differentiated shopping experience based on ▲systematizing the 'Voice of the Customer' to systematically manage and prevent customer inconveniences ▲locally operating dedicated customer service personnel for major countries such as China and Singapore for foreign customers ▲establishing a non-face-to-face service education system to enhance sales staff capabilities and customized customer service. Shilla Internet Duty Free also provides a new level of 'customer experience' and 'shopping convenience' through channels such as 'Shilla TV' and 'Shilla Tipping.'
As part of practicing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, it is also carrying out activities such as ▲reducing the use of disposable packaging ▲raising emergency relief funds for COVID-19 and supporting quarantine supplies ▲social contribution activities for local communities.
