According to the county on the 2nd, after the maintenance of the children's playground last year, Bulmu Park, which has established itself as a new landmark in Muan-eup, received great responses when a tree was displayed. This year, Muan-gun plans to exhibit a large tree 8 meters high next to the octagonal pavilion in Bulmu Park.
Along with the newly maintained octagonal pavilion lighting, rabbit and glossy ball night lights through the recent Bulmu Park remodeling project, Christmas atmosphere sculptures such as Rudolph, sleigh, and snowman will be displayed, and a photo zone will be created to provide various attractions.
The county installed the tree so that residents, whose outings have been restricted due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases, can enjoy the beautiful night scenery without going far. The tree lights will be on daily from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
The tree lighting is scheduled to start on the 7th after detailed inspections, and the lighting ceremony has been canceled this year to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
County Governor Kim San said, "We installed the tree with the hope of offering some comfort to our residents tired from over two years of COVID-19 quarantine fatigue," adding, "As cases continue to rise these days, I hope everyone heals and does not lose hope while enjoying the beautiful tree and lights."
