View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do has created an opportunity to widely promote the charm of the southwestern coastal tourist city of Jeollanam-do, ‘Bobaeseom Jindo,’ nationwide through a tourism UCC contest.
According to the county on the 2nd, Bae Yumi (Seoul), who submitted ‘The Real Jindo,’ won the grand prize in the final selection of entries for the tourism promotion UCC contest.
The county selected 9 works out of a total of 16 submissions to the contest, and plans to discover creative and interesting video content based on Jindo-gun’s hidden scenic spots, tourist attractions, and local food to promote tourism.
The judging panel, composed of five internal and external experts, conducted the final evaluation based on criteria such as originality of ideas, novelty of expression methods, clarity of the message, completeness and technical skill of the work, and potential for continuous use, selecting a total of 9 award-winning works.
The grand prize was awarded with a prize of 3 million won, two excellence awards (each 1 million won), and six encouragement awards (each 500,000 won). The selected works from this contest will be used as promotional video materials for Jindo-gun in the future.
