Kocca and Gangnam-gu Foster and Support Immersive Content Startups
Recruitment of Resident Companies for Gangnam Employment and Startup Hub Center in March Next Year
The Korea Creative Content Agency announced on the 29th that it signed a business agreement on the 26th with Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to foster and support immersive content startups. They plan to establish a mutual cooperation system to revitalize the startup ecosystem and discover and support promising startups. The detailed projects include: ▲ mutual cooperation in discovering and linking promising startups ▲ hosting immersive content startups within the 'Gangnam Employment and Startup Hub Center (tentative name)' ▲ establishing a content production studio ▲ jointly planning and hosting nurturing programs. The Gangnam Employment and Startup Hub Center will be established in Yeoksam-dong Startup Valley, spanning 12 floors and 1,400 pyeong. It is scheduled to open in March next year. Resident companies will be recruited in January next year. A representative from the Korea Creative Content Agency stated, "We plan to build a content production studio and provide diverse support by linking with the nearby Startup Valley."
