About 400 members of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) held a Youth Workers' Rally in front of Seoul City Hall from 2 p.m., demanding measures to guarantee safe youth jobs. Notably, Yang Kyung-soo, the KCTU chairman who was released after receiving a suspended sentence in the first trial on the 25th, attended the rally. Participants shouted slogans and marched toward the Blue House from around 3 p.m., ending the march and dispersing around 4:30 p.m.
At a similar time, about 100 people including Lee Dong-wook, former president of the Gyeonggi-do Medical Association, held a rally in front of the Kyobo Building in Gwanghwamun, demanding the "halt of political quarantine," and about 80 Ethiopian residents in Korea held a rally in front of Exit 2 of Gwanghwamun Station opposing the U.S. government's intervention in the Ethiopian civil war.

A total of 21 groups with about 2,300 people were reported to hold rallies that day. During the rallies, some lanes around Gwanghwamun and Gyeongbokgung Station were controlled, but no major clashes or congestion occurred.
