According to Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province, on the 26th, the project involves an investment of 33.8 billion KRW to construct an access ramp in Jungdae-dong with a total length of 1,856 meters (including a 65-meter overpass), connecting the Taejeon district via Goblo and Jungno 1-17 lines to National Road No. 3 (Seongnam~Janghowon).
The Jungdae-dong access ramp area has long suffered from severe traffic congestion during commuting hours and weekends due to vehicles entering and exiting National Road No. 45 Taejeon-dong section and National Road No. 3 (Seongnam~Janghowon).

Mayor Shin Dong-heon stated, "Once the Jungdae-dong ramp is established, the traffic flow is expected to improve significantly as vehicles entering and exiting the Taejeon district and National Road No. 3 (Seongnam~Janghowon) will be dispersed," adding, "We will ensure there are no setbacks for the full opening scheduled for April 2024."
