KB Kookmin Bank Changes Real Estate Information Platform LiveBudongsan to KB Budongsan
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] KB Kookmin Bank will change the brand name of its real estate information platform 'Liiv Real Estate (Liiv Budongsan)', launched in November last year, to 'KB Real Estate (KB Budongsan)'.
On the 19th, KB Kookmin Bank announced that it is currently striving to become a comprehensive financial platform company, and that Liiv Real Estate, which is celebrating its first anniversary, will change its brand name to KB Real Estate starting from the 24th, strengthening its brand image.
Along with this, the bank plans to introduce new customized services to become an easier and more innovative customer-centric platform.
KB Real Estate is a differentiated real estate information platform that aggregates real estate information based on maps. Users can check various price information in one place, including KB market prices, actual transaction prices, listing prices, official prices, AI-predicted prices, and villa prices.
Since the platform's launch, KB Real Estate has continuously introduced new services. Ahead of the brand name change, it unveiled the revamped 'Popular Danji Talk', an upgraded version of the existing 'Danji Talk' feature. This improvement allows reviews directly posted by customers, such as attractive points of apartments written by residents and photos of complexes, to be prominently displayed on the platform. The top 30 popular Danji Talks, ranked by the number of 'likes' received, can be viewed on the main screen in order from first to thirtieth.
KB Real Estate will also newly introduce the 'KB Real Estate Lab (tentative name)', which reprocesses scattered real estate information according to customer needs. This feature clearly shows apartments with the highest actual transaction prices in the past week, as well as complexes with the highest and lowest transaction price increases. To communicate with customers, during the pilot operation period, only services that receive many 'likes' will remain as regular menu items, and the continuation of services will be decided based on customer response.
