Doosan Yeongang Foundation Supports 510 Million Won for Doosan Dream Tree Scholars and Others
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Doosan Yeongang Foundation announced on the 18th that it has provided scholarships totaling 510 million won to 511 students, including those selected as Doosan Dream Tree scholars and students from multicultural families.
Since 2006, Doosan Yeongang Foundation has selected Doosan Dream Tree scholars through recommendations from education offices across various cities and provinces nationwide. Since 2010, it has also supported the "Multicultural Family Scholarship," benefiting a total of 4,781 students over 16 years up to this year.

Including this scholarship support, the Doosan Yeongang Foundation provided a total of 2.5 billion won in scholarships this year to 1,328 elementary, middle, high school, and university students. A foundation official stated, "We plan to continue steadily carrying out scholarship projects for various neighbors in our society."
