Hanwha Life Insurance Announces Recruitment for 'DreamPlus Blockchain Hackathon' Participants
Recruitment from the 17th to the 3rd of next month
Hackathon event to be held December 17-19 at Yongin Hanwha Life Dream Park
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Hanwha Life Dreamplus announced on the 17th that it will hold the 'Dreamplus Blockchain Hackathon' event for 3 days and 2 nights from the 17th to the 19th of next month.
Applications for participation will be accepted from today until the 3rd of next month. Both university students and the general public can participate, and teams of two people including at least one developer can apply. Participants will develop prototype blockchain web/app services on free topics using Ethereum, EOS, and partner platforms.
Benefits for participants include dedicated mentoring and networking opportunities provided by active developers in the blockchain industry assigned as mentors to each team. Among the outstanding hackathon participants, selected individuals will also have the opportunity for experienced recruitment at Hanwha Life.
Additionally, all finalists will receive the latest 2021 iPad Mini 6, the top winning team will be awarded a MacBook Pro M1, and the excellence award-winning team will receive a MacBook Air M1.
The hackathon finals will be held over 3 days and 2 nights at Hanwha Life Dream Park located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, with free transportation and accommodation provided for the entire schedule.
Teams wishing to participate must submit their project plans and proposals online on the Dreamplus website by 11 PM on December 3rd. Afterwards, proposals will be evaluated based on the completeness of service model implementation, business feasibility, and suitability for blockchain application, and finalists will be selected on December 10th.
