KB Financial to Open Apgujeong Flagship PB Center in July Next Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Financial Group will open the ‘Apgujeong Flagship PB Center’ in July next year, presenting a new trend in the domestic asset management market.
According to KB Financial on the 9th, the Apgujeong Flagship PB Center will introduce differentiated operational methods such as team-based client management for high-net-worth individuals and the KB-style family office model, providing customers with innovative and specialized asset management.
First, KB Financial will introduce a team-based PB client management model for the first time. Star-level PBs and in-house experts in tax, real estate, legal, trust, and investment will collaborate to manage clients’ assets. Investment experts from securities firms will also be assigned to provide differentiated products such as structured products linked with IB and wrap products.
KB-style family office model will also be introduced. Experts from various fields will provide trust-based ultra-personalized asset management solutions considering wealth transfer to the next generation, including inheritance, gifting, and business succession.
The Apgujeong Flagship PB Center will be built as the largest dedicated PB center building in Korea, with the basement level 1 housing the KB Gallery and Art Hall as cultural and artistic spaces, and the first and second floors designed as caf?-style lounges where customers can relax. Floors 3 to 7 will be consultation spaces containing stories of art, books, and culture.
